The city did it!
Houston, Texas, is a metropolis where death delights you with its variousness. Every day brings a new twist in the saga of the city’s extinctions: death by snake or insect, death by guard dog or policeman, death by rodeo bull or poisoned candy, and most popular of all, a thousand varieties of death at the hands of a fellow human.
A journalist assigned to Houston, Texas, studies the handiwork of the local killers: hired assassins of a trader in Mexican slaves, and a gang whose speciality is rape with the aid of a Coke bottle. His attention is distracted by the sultry neighbour, who ignites his every desire, but a hurricane is blowing and everything is going to take a turn for the worse.
